We hope you are all doing well and have had a lovely summer so far! Our wedding is less than 30 days away, and we are very excited to see you there.
We would like to keep everyone updated and offer ourselves to answer any questions. Please feel free to reach out by replying to this email. We are happy to hear from you :)
Ceremony & Reception
The pre-ceremony reception at Hofgut Rodenstein will start around 3 pm. Please allow enough time to have some water, a snack, and find a seat. The wedding ceremony will then start at 3:30 pm. Afterwards, the bar opens, and the reception begins.

The Rodenstein Ruins
As you may have seen, the Hofgut is located at the foot of the gorgeous Rodenstein Ruins. We are delighted to offer an English and German-language guided tour for anyone interested in exploring their rich history of myths, legends and local lore. The tour will commence at 6 pm and lasts for approximately 30 minutes. Please meet your tour guides outside the Hofgut's entrance.

Hofgut Rodenstein
If you are staying at Hofgut Rodenstein, please let us know of your arrival and check-in times. They are more than happy to accommodate early check-ins on Thursday, 29th August, but need to know beforehand. Otherwise, check-in is at 3 pm. Payment for the rooms can be made at check-out with cash or card.
Check-out on Saturday, 31st August is at 11 am.
Breakfast on Saturday, 31st
If you are not staying at Hofgut Rodenstein but would still like to join us for breakfast on Saturday morning between 8 am and 10:30 am, you are very much invited! Please let us know so we can reserve a seat.

Taxis & Shuttle Service
As this is a rural area, public transport directly to and from the venue is limited. If you are planning to use public transport please get the RMVgo app as it is more accurate than Google Maps.
Please note that there will be a shuttle service available to all guests on the night of the wedding from 11 pm to 3 am. A taxi will be stationed outside the venue to transport you back to your hotel, Airbnb, etc. Please keep in mind that there is only one taxi available, so please consider the distance you need to travel. If you require a taxi at any other time, please contact us so that we can assist with arrangements.
Speeches & Contributions
We are excited about any speeches or contributions on the evening of the wedding! Please contact our Mistress of Ceremony, Andrea, at info@stilhochzeiten.de, as she will be coordinating the evening.
Food, Drinks & Allergies
We will have lots of snacks throughout the day and a lovely dinner buffet starting at 7:30 pm. There will be plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. If you haven't done so yet, please let us know if you have any allergies. The bar will be open for any drinks from 4 pm and will be offering cocktails from 11 pm to 3 am. We are especially excited about their selection of local wines!

Dress Code & Etiquette
As mentioned on our website our dress code includes shades of late summer and autumn shades. Feel free to go for a medium formal look, like a summer dress or a buttoned shirt with or without a coat. The most important thing is for you to be comfortable and happy! Additionally, please refer to our etiquette section, it means the world to us.

Registry
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift to us. However, if you wish to honour us with a gift as well, we will gratefully accept a contribution towards our honeymoon. You can find more information here.
